Daniel’s Biography

Daniel Klassen is the founder of Realm of the Evergreen, a publishing studio dedicated to thoughtful, enduring storytelling. With a background in literature, philosophy, and mentoring,

Daniel started the studio in 2025 to create space for ideas that require care and time to develop. Frustrated by the pace and disposability of much of the publishing world, he envisioned a slower, more intentional approach, one that supports creators from manuscript to audio to visual storytelling through the studio’s Seed-Root-Bloom model. Daniel remains closely involved in the creative process, working alongside collaborators to shape and refine each project. Daniel works as both General Manager and Creative Writer, contributing to a wide variety of projects, while overseeing Operations.

Daniel has published original fiction and essays, with early work recognized for its philosophical depth and narrative experimentation. Before founding Realm of the Evergreen, Daniel worked as a published writer and audio narrator with various employers and collaborators, helping to bring complex ideas to life. His interdisciplinary background spans the humanities and media production, with a consistent emphasis on thoughtful design and accessible expression. Daniel also works as a Primary Care Paramedic, based out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
